More evidence of economic improvement home buyers back!!!

The housing market has shown a steady increase over the past few months. This is all evidence of the market improving. Now that the market is starting to correct itself and improve we are starting to see the fruits of this up turn. The home values are starting to rise ever so slowly. This trend will continue if not abated by some sort of outside interference. I hope to see this continue for the next few years at a steady and constant rate. Those of us who have weathered the storm and hung in there deserve the rewards. As for those who gave up and didn't well that story will always be the same I think. So hang on to your property if you have any it is still showing good signs of a sound investment strategy. I thing the regulators have it right now with the whole mortgage process.
